We switched from HubSpot to Capsule to cut CRM costs. The $18/user plan gives us everything our 6-person agency needs — pipelines, tasks, email logging, and tight Xero sync. Setup took one afternoon. Only thing we miss is HubSpot depth of marketing automation, but we use Mailchimp for that.
