We brought in a MyOutDesk ISA to handle inbound mortgage lead follow-up and she has been a great addition. The screening process clearly works — her English is excellent and she handles dialer calls confidently. The monthly cost is higher than Upwork but you get a dedicated full-time professional, not a contractor splitting attention.
