Infatica Review

OVERVIEW

The Infatica proxy provider was set up in February 2019. The owner of the proxy service has claimed that they have proxies in residential, mobile, and datacenter categories. With their proxies, you can do virtually anything. This proxy is suitable for multiple uses according to your need.

What Is Infatica?

Infatica is a peer-to-business proxy service that provides global networks and portfolios of residential, mobile and data centre proxies to brands, firms, or teams so they can access the internet anonymously for monitoring purposes. These proxies come in fast stable types which are high performance.

This proxy can be leveraged in price aggregation through comparison advertising, network monitoring, marketing intelligence, brand protection, cybersecurity, and service testing.

Why Choose Infatica?

The first thing that you need to know about Infatica is, that it will let your web proxy browsing look like a regular home user. The second thing that makes this service an excellent choice for many people is there are no captchas required on the website.

Once you start using Infactica, blacklisting troubles will be forgotten about and left in the past, like they are gone with the wind.

The third advantage of choosing this proxy site over others is that it does not require any registration or logging in process before accessing content. Fourthly, they offer all kinds of pricing plans so everyone can find what’s right for them.

Fifthly, their rotating option allows users to change IP addresses as often as they want which ensures maximum anonymity and geographical coverage (though helpful).

Benefits Of Infatica

Solve Data Collection Challenges

Infatica  address the challenges of companies and businesses that need accurate information from the web about vendors, competitors or customers.

For instance price aggregators in the hospitality industry need to perform multiple web scraping using various access points. To gather hotel rates and airfares from vendor websites, companies need to undergo multiple scrapping but as a result their IP addresses are often blocked or blacklisted by these same target sites due to repeated requests.

Infatica offers a simple method that lets you collect pricing information from vendor and competitor websites without being blocked or blacklisted. This is through the use of residential proxies, which permit them to access websites and gather data by using IP addresses of the people in different geographical locations. Because they are visiting web pages as a person would do, they can hide their true identity online and bypass firewalls set up on various sites.

Enhance Brand Protection

The proxy service does an excellent job of protecting brands from malicious competitors, frustrated suppliers, and fraudsters. It deploys bots across channels like popup websites, marketplaces, email marketing platforms and Facebook feeds to detect such people. These bots replicate real-life customers based on where they are located as well as the devices they use.

This service helps users detect fake ads that attempt to redirect customers to unauthorized eCommerce stores or websites where they are sold low-quality imitations of their products.

Threat Simulation

Infatica is a company that makes it easy for cybersecurity firms and teams to test whether their networks, systems, or servers are vulnerable or resilient to various forms of threats. Using Infatica’s geo-selection tool, they can accurately map the topology of potential attacks even if an attack originates from outside the country. They use residential proxies in order to access hardened and restricted systems without revealing where they’re coming from-like your home location.

Infatica Pricing

Infatica primarily sells residential rotating backconnect proxies that it groups according to bandwidth. The plans start with $360/month, which gets you 40 GB of data for the price of $9/GB. Prices go down as you go higher up the ladder; for instance, at one end they have 400 GB at just $6- per-GB, while on the other hand there’s 10 TB priced only at a $2 per gigabyte.

Infatica Pros

Huge IP Pool Size

With over 2.5 million residential IPs in their pool, Infatica is one impressive company that entered the market and has already amassed a substantial amount of residential IPs. This number does not include their total proxy pool. In total, they have over 10 million residential IP addresses.

It is very important to note that these are actual home internet connections with real homes behind them and are not from fake proxies or hacked computers like other companies possess.

Good Session Control

With session control, you are the one who is in full control of that. On their homepage, they state that they have both rotating IPs and the sticky ones (which don’t change your IP address). But when you log on to it, this isn’t what happens, you’re in total control. All they do for you is provide a list of proxies and you can work easily with it.

Acceptable Proxy Speed

One of the aspects you will come to love about Infatica residential proxies is their speed. It may not be the fastest, but it’s still acceptable.

Secure and Private

The main reason people make use of proxies in the first place is because they want anonymous access to the internet. But if you think that anonymity will threaten your security online, then there’s no need to be afraid with this proxy, Infatica is one of those proxy providers who take safety seriously and offers a secure end-to-end encryption system so information can’t be intercepted by hackers or third parties.

Easy to Use

Infatica makes the service very easy for its users, even if you don’t have coding skills. You can use their proxies without any problems, and as a developer integrating them into your tools is pretty straightforward.

They have an interface where you can manage your proxies and subscription with ease by using a web browser on any device connected to the internet. Unlike many other providers who provide two options in terms of authentication- username or password – Infatica supports IP authentication which means that all you need to do is register your device’s IP address from the user dashboard, after which access will be granted automatically.

Good Customer Support

Even though they are easy to use, at one point or another users will require some clarification and will need the service of a customer rep. Giving good customer support shouldn’t be seen as a sign that an excellent company doesn’t have fluid services.

When it comes to live chat and email support, Infatica delivers on its promises with great service. They also have an extensive FAQ page that provides answers to frequently asked questions-making things easier for customers.

Infatica Cons

You have to Request Some Features

Infatica has a few advanced features, but some are not available out of the box. You need to request them. These include city-level targeting and password authentication, as well as flexible payment plans which may be available on request only. You can avoid requesting by chatting with their customer representatives in order to get all the features provided straight away.

Developer API not Available

Infatica does not have an API for developers to use, but I am expecting that this will be a feature they implement at some point. Integrating from Infatica’s proxies with custom build programs should be possible if the developer has access to their API.

The team at Infatica said they are in the process of providing an API and it is likely we’ll see it in future releases of their software. As such, this point remains here- until confirmed by official release announcements.

Infatica Reviews: Final Thoughts

The speed is decent, but it would depend on your location and proxy so that’s not something I can give a universal verdict about. All in all, I’d recommend signing up for the trial plans to form your own opinion from what you see firsthand.

Infatica is a very good proxy service provider, but it’s not the best. In fact, this company still has some room for improvement before claiming that spot.

As far as businesses and individuals are concerned, if you can digest its slightly higher pricing plans, then I’d say Infatica is a great option for both groups of people. The number of IP addresses present in the service and locations covered by them makes up around 75% of the total population.
