Testimonial.to Review – Easiest Way to Collect Video Testimonials & Reviews

Testimonial.to Overview

Testimonial.to is a customer feedback platform that lets businesses collect, manage, and embed video and text testimonials on their websites without writing a single line of code. Founded by Damon Chen and grown to seven figures in ARR as a bootstrapped SaaS, the product centers on a frictionless flow: send a public collection link, customers record straight from their browser or phone, and the testimonials drop into a dashboard ready to be displayed in widgets, walls of love, or embedded video carousels.

The platform is popular with SaaS founders, agencies, course creators, and ecommerce brands looking to add social proof to landing pages and checkout flows. Beyond native collection it pulls third-party reviews from G2, Capterra, Google, YouTube comments, Trustpilot, and more, so all your reputation lives in one place. Pricing starts free for hobbyists and scales up to an Ultimate plan with unlimited spaces, longer videos, HubSpot integration, and a dedicated account manager.

No-Code Video Testimonial Collection

Send a single public link and customers record video or text testimonials from any modern browser or phone — no app downloads, no logins, no friction. The receiver dashboard lets you approve, edit, and tag responses in seconds.

Wall of Love Embeds & Widgets

Drop in a single line of HTML to display a Wall of Love, carousel, or single-testimonial widget on your site. Customize colors, layout, and which testimonials appear without touching CSS.

Third-Party Review Imports

Pull in existing reviews from G2, Capterra, Google, Trustpilot, ProductHunt, AppSumo, YouTube comments, and more so your full social proof footprint lives in one dashboard.

Public Testimonial Page

Get a hosted, branded testimonial page (e.g., yourbrand.testimonial.to) you can share in pitch decks, sales emails, and LinkedIn — no website setup required.

Custom Domain & Branding

On paid plans, swap testimonial.to branding for your own custom domain, logo, and colors so embeds look fully native to your brand.

REST API, Webhooks & Zapier

Trigger automations when new testimonials arrive: post to Slack, log to Airtable, send thank-you emails, or pipe into your CRM via REST API, native webhooks, or Zapier.

HubSpot & Marketing Stack Integrations

Sync testimonials directly into HubSpot CRM and other marketing tools on the Ultimate plan, with video metrics so you can see which testimonials drive the most engagement.

Multiple Spaces for Agencies

Run separate spaces for different products, clients, or campaigns from one account, each with its own branding, embeds, and team seats — useful for agencies and multi-brand operators.

Testimonial.to has paid for itself ten times over. The collection link is so smooth that customers actually record videos — the Wall of Love we embed on our pricing page lifted conversions noticeably and replaced the awkward fake-testimonial template we were using before.

Setup was painless and the embeds look clean out of the box. Knocking off a star because the free tier’s video cap is tight and I wish the analytics on the Premium plan went a bit deeper, but for the price the value is hard to beat.

Founder Damon ships fast and listens to the community. I added Testimonial.to to my landing page in under 10 minutes and started collecting real customer videos the same week. The third-party import for AppSumo reviews was a nice surprise.
